Community Engagement and Initiatives

As part of our continued dedication to community involvement, we have partnered with a new initiative called SAProjx.  SAProjx is the vision of co-founder Luis Plascencia and is a non-profit organization that focuses on bringing new and exciting projects and events to San Antonio and neighboring areas that will raise community engagement.  Our mission is to invest in people, their goals, dreams, and ideas by unifying and fostering relations through community engagement projects.  By bringing people together through these projects and creating a sense of community, we create a network of connections in which people help each other to reach their full potential and realize their dreams.

Some of the projects and events we plan to host involve audio/visual elements in which children and adults alike can interact and engage with technology as well as with each other.  Other projects, such as "Take A Seat/Make A Friend", are geared towards meeting new people and making new connections in unusual ways and under unusual circumstances.  Imagine two complete strangers, in front of the Alamo, answering questions, getting to know each other, and talking about life together...all in a ball pit. Isn't that an experience you are likely to remember for the rest of your life?  These are the kinds of projects and events our new initiative plans to bring to our community.
